The Art of Lamination
We transform premium timber into high-performance structural beams through a meticulous lamination process. Our custom beams are engineered for architectural precision, combining the organic strength of wood with the technical reliability required for modern construction.
Large-Scale Architecture
Glulam Solutions for Industrial Infrastructure
Engineered for factories, warehouses, and plants. Our glulam beams provide the structural integrity and fire resistance required for high-volume industrial builds, delivering sustainable strength to major infrastructure projects.
Our Manufacturing Process
01
Timber Selection
We source only high-grade, sustainable timber for maximum structural yield.
02
Lamination
The timber is kiln-dried, planed, cut into laminations, and coated with a durable adhesive for strong, weather-resistant bonding.
03
Assembly
The adhesive-coated laminations are carefully stacked and accurately aligned in a press. This step is essential, as it affects the beam’s final strength and straightness. Advanced hydraulic presses apply even pressure to create a strong, seamless bond between the layers.
04
Curing
The assembled beams are cured in controlled conditions to ensure the adhesive sets completely. This allows the beams to reach their full structural strength and performance.
05
Finishing
The beams are planed and sanded to create a smooth, refined finish. Any required cutting or shaping is carried out at this stage to meet the specific specifications. The beams are then carefully inspected to ensure they comply with all quality and safety standards.
